I took a break from the afternoon and went to the ballpark, Wrigley Field. It is a bit taking time to access my apartment. 1st step is to take a bus heading to downtown, Chicago, and 2nd step is to take a train on the red line.
I watched a game from the infield seat. 3 American people sat next to my seat. And yeah, it started. They love conversations. They seemed like Cubs fans. The topics were almost baseball.
Which baseball players do you like? or, What is the difference between baseball games in the US and in Japan?
I used to watch and search for MLB players when I was a student. But I realized how much time I hadn’t watched MLB games for a long time. I screwed up! There were few players who I knew in active. Báez in Cubs and Tim Anderson in white socks.

I remembered Kosuke Fukudome. He was a Japanese baseball player, belonging to Cubs from 2008 – 2011. so talked about him. He said a joke with irony “Oh I remember! Was he a player in the 80s?”
Ha-ha- He is a Cubs fan 😂. Yeah, Kosuke couldn’t succeed and contribute Cubs, or MLB, Nevertheless, my evaluation against him is still great. I never forgot his contributions at Dragons, NPB.
And what’s more, Challenging is the most important even if it fails.
Anyway, I hope the Cubs fun does not forget his debut at the opening game. It was extremely great. He hit a 3-run HR from Eric Gagne at 3 scores behind in the last inning. It happened at this ballpark.

Before saying goodbye, he gave me peanuts to me. But, Wa—it, did you try to discard it on the floor? I watched that😏

The other incident happened on my way to go home. Look at the last picture on my post. Interestingly, I saw Kosuke fun at the station. Look! He is living in our minds. Or were we just living in the 80s?
